Auf vielen Wurfscheiben Schie\u00dfpl\u00e4tzen wird in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren Stahlschrot Pflicht. \u00dcber den Sinn soll hier nicht philosophiert werden. Stahlschrot darf jedoch die Laufwandung nicht ber\u00fchren, um Verschlei\u00df vorzubeugen. Man packt die Schrote vollst\u00e4ndig in einen Becher, der am besten aus einem biologisch abbaubarem Material ist.
Die hier vorgestellte Munition Jocker Bio Sport der franz\u00f6sischen Firma SHOOT HUNTING OUTDOOR<\/a> hat einen Becher aus Pappe und wurde freundlicherweise von Harald Voskuil zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt und kann von der kleiduivenschietbaan \u2018Het Goor\u2019<\/a> in Aalten (NL) bezogen werden.
Auf dem Schie\u00dfstand haben sich verbl\u00fcffende Erkenntnisse ergeben:
Die Stahlschrote waren magnetisch, was man im Bild gut daran erkennen kann, dass sie an der Klinge des Spyderco Messers h\u00e4ngen. Au\u00dferdem war die Munition richtig schnell unterwegs.
Der Median der V1,5 lag bei 437m\/s, der Maximalwert sogar bei 453m\/s. Das ist unter gleichen Bedingungen (ca. 23 \u00b0C Au\u00dfentemperatur, Beretta DT11, 76er L\u00e4ufe, 1\/4 extended choke (IC), 1,5m Abstand zur M\u00fcndung) die bisher schnellste Munition im Vergleich.
Inwieweit der Pappbecher, der im Schuss deutlich sichtbar zerfetzt wird, den Sch\u00fctzen vom Ziel ablenkt, muss weiter erprobt werden. Es scheint, dass der Steuermann hinter der Flinte davon weniger mitbekommt als die Zuschauer.

On many clay target shooting ranges, steel shot will become mandatory in the next few years. We will not philosophize about the sense of this here. However, steel shot must not touch the barrel wall to prevent wear. The shot is completely packed in a wad, which is best made of a biodegradable material.
The ammunition Jocker Bio Sport from the French company SHOOT HUNTING OUTDOOR<\/a> presented here has a cardboard wad and was kindly provided by Harald Voskuil and can be obtained from the kleiduivenschietbaan ‚Het Goor‘<\/a> in Aalten (NL).

On the shooting range, some startling findings emerged:
The steel shot was magnetic, which can be easily seen in the picture by the fact that it is hanging on the blade of the Spyderco knife. In addition, the ammunition was traveling really fast.
The median of the V1.5 was 1437fps, the maximum even 1486fps. Under the same conditions (approx. 73 \u00b0F outside temperature, Beretta DT11, 30′ barrels, improved cylinder extended choke, ~4 feet distance to the muzzle), this is the fastest ammunition in the comparison so far.
The extent to which the paper cup, which is clearly shredded in the shot, distracts the shooter from the target needs further testing. It seems that the helmsman behind the shotgun notices less of this than the spectators.
